EGGS SAROU- poached eggs on creamed spinach and artichoke bottom with hollandaise.
EGGS BENEDICT- poached eggs on Canadian bacon and English muffin with hollandaise.
CHICKEN AND WAFFLE- crispy fries chicken breast atop waffle with bourbon pecan syrup.
TILAPIA ST. CHARLES- poached eggs, stone ground grits, capers, hollandaise.
SEAFOOD CASSEROLE- shrimp, scallops and fish baked in a creamy cheese sauce.
SHRIMP AND GRITS- Cajun style sauce with mushrooms and scallions.
CHILDREN- Banana bread french toast, chicken fingers or macaroni and cheese.
