MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR COURTYARD ROOM IS 80 FOR SEATED MEAL AND 120 FOR STANDING RECEPTION

NO ROOM CHARGE FOR USE OF PRIVATE SPACES PROVIDED FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ORDERED

$100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE SPACE FOR ANY GIVEN DATE, THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM BILL AT EVENT’S CONCLUSION.  SPACE IS NOT CONSIDERED “RESERVED” UNTIL THIS DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.

DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, CERTAIN DATES HAVE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM

USE OF PRIVATE ROOMS REQUIRE DEDICATED SERVERS, IN SOME INSTANCES WHEN THE 20% GRATITUITY DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM PAY FOR SERVERS OR BARTENDERS, ADDITIONAL GRATITUITY WILL BE ADDED TO MEET THAT  AMOUNT.    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHARGES FOR SERVICE:   LUNCHEON SERVERS:  $45   DINNER SERVERS:  $75   BARTENDERS:  $75

WE DISCOURAGE CASH BAR SERVICE, HOWEVER SHOULD YOU REQUEST THIS TYPE OF BAR, THERE IS A MINIMUM $500 BAR CHARGE AND $75 PER BARTENDER.

ALL FOOD SERVED AT BLUE FISH CATERED EVENTS MUST BE PROVIDED BY RESTAURANT.  NO GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD OR BEVERAGE (INCLUDING WINE/ALCOHOL) ONTO PREMISES.   EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE FOR CAKES.

WE REQUIRE A GUARANTEED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTENDING YOUR EVENT 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.  THIS IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CENTERPIECES FOR TABLES.  ALL LINEN IS WHITE UNLESS ANOTHER REQUEST IS MADE.
